Rachel and Brandon's Quintessential San Francisco Wedding at Gallery 308

We had the joy of helping Rachel and Brandon celebrate their love as their month of coordinators with a wedding that beautifully reflected their life together in San Francisco, Rachel’s Chicago roots, and her Armenian heritage. When we first started working with the couple, it was clear that their community was vital to them, and spending time with everyone celebrating their wedding day was the goal. Rachel is a planner herself and passed along all the beautiful details so that we could be there to read through them and ask questions. Our goal was to identify any gaps or understand what was needed to bring their vision to life seamlessly.

“Christine was helpful where I needed her with advice and especially the month of getting in touch with all of our vendors and ensuring there was no loose end that needed to be tied ahead of the big day. She thought of everything and did it all with such a bright, sweet attitude. It put me at such ease on our day!! I am a major planner, so it was really nice to know I could set up everything I wanted, hand it over and once I did - not have to worry about a thing so we could truly enjoy our wedding.”

These ocean loving dream-boats planned the perfect casual and classy wedding that any San Franciscan would dream of.

The couple's day began with an ocean jump and coastal photos along the Great Highway before moving to Fort Mason and Gallery 308 for a classic, relaxed San Francisco-style celebration. While the couple was off taking a cold plunge with friends and taking photos along the coast, we were on-site working with their vendors and making sure the space was guest-ready. Our team picked up all the wedding supplies, found the best way to arrange them all on-site, and were ready to welcome everyone upon arrival. Vendors were all in place, napkins were tied and placed and loose bits and bobs were picked off the ground.

Guests started to trickle in for the ceremony and were all greeted and seated. Once Rachel and Brandon arrived, they took a quiet moment and we were able to begin the ceremony which featured heartfelt nods to Rachel’s Armenian heritage, including woven headbands and a touching officiant speech honoring the couple’s community.
Guests enjoyed a classic San Francisco dinner with tacos from Nopalito and cocktails poured from the sweetest little bar cart from Spritz 66. For dessert a stunning laced carrot cake made by one of Rachel’s yoga students was the sweet treat highlight of the night paired with San Francisco It's It's and some Chicago treats adding a nostalgic touch for the bride.
It was clear early on in the night that this crow LOVED to dance. The dance floor stayed lively all night, with a black-and-white photo booth capturing timeless memories.
Rachel and Brandon’s joy and light shone throughout the day, and we were thrilled to be their day of support to bring their vision to life. Weddings like these are where we thrive. We love working with couples who know what they want and just need the extra support to make it all happen.

“One of my favorite memories of our day was when Christine had my husband and I take a moment with some bubbles before our ceremony to be together and pause before we got married. She handled all of it with such care, calm and sweetness. I'm so grateful for her and the team to have given us the gift of being able to be present on our big day.”

Working with Rachel and Brandon was a total dream and we are glad to be able to relive it in these incredible photos. Here’s to a lifetime of happiness for this wonderful couple!
