Nonprofit Event Consultation Package

We understand the unique challenges nonprofits face when planning events — no dedicated staff, eager but under supported volunteers to manage, or maybe a new event manager who’s planning and executing a new-to-them event. 


The Event Consultation Package provides the specialized support and custom guidance you need to ensure your event actually meets your fundraising and community building goals.

Our consultation package is for teams that are:

  • New to planning an event and want guidance on where to start or how to implement best practices

  • Looking for ideas to refresh an existing event that has been hosted for many years

  • Working with an in-house event manager who needs extra support and guidance throughout the planning process

  • Small shops that don’t have a dedicated event manager, so they need a thought partner along the way

Who would I be working with?

Our Founder, Christine Preziosi! We have a great team that helps to produce events both behind-the-scenes and at the event, but all consultant calls are directly with Christine. 

Christine has fully produced over 75 events for more than 25 organizations. Her philosophy is that if you aren’t having fun planning your event, you aren’t doing it right! She will work with you to figure out what works and doesn’t for your specific team.

What’s included?

We start with an intro call to get to know each other and understand your unique needs. It will be very conversational and allows me (Christine) to gather details and set the foundation for a successful collaboration. 

From there, we have a kick-off call where we dive deeper into those needs and identify resources that would be valuable for your team. This is an opportunity for you to ask me a lot of questions (and vice versa)! 

Next, we outline a focus and goals for our consultation calls over the course of 2-6 months. Events can be really overwhelming because there are so many moving parts, so choosing the focus of each call allows you to know that we will get to each milestone, and within the appropriate time! After each call, I will share any resources or templates that are appropriate to move your planning along.

Throughout the planning process, you can reach out with any questions, like: 

  • What sort of questions should I ask the venue during the site visit?

  • When should we start booking the caterer or videographer? 

  • What should we put on our promotional flyer and when should that go out?

  • What accessibility needs should we look out for in our messaging and at the venue?

  • Where do we start with our budget and do you have a template for that?

  • We have an eager volunteer group, but how many volunteers will we need, what do we tell them ahead of time, and what roles should they fill?

Ultimately, this package is here to get those big-picture things and tiny details crossed off your to-do list with ease and the comfort of knowing you are on the right track!
