Who would I be working with?
Our Founder, Christine Preziosi! We have a great team that helps to produce events both behind-the-scenes and at the event, but all consultant calls are directly with Christine.
Christine has fully produced over 75 events for more than 25 organizations. Her philosophy is that if you aren’t having fun planning your event, you aren’t doing it right! She will work with you to figure out what works and doesn’t for your specific team.
What’s included?
Prior to our session, you’ll receive a quick questionnaire. This helps me (Christine) understand your goals, event vision, and key concerns, so we can maximize our time together.
During the call, we’ll review your event objectives and explore strategic ideas, from themes and budgeting tips to scheduling best practices and attendee engagement tactics. This is your chance to get a tailored strategy from an experienced event producer.
We’ll address specific issues you’re facing, such as sponsor acquisition, boosting event attendance, vendor coordination, or any other areas where you’re seeking expert guidance. After each call, I will share any resources or templates that can make your planning process smoother and more efficient.
To wrap up, you’ll receive clear, actionable next steps, so you know exactly what to tackle after our session. No more feeling uncertain about what comes next—you’ll leave the call ready to make progress with confidence. After our call, I’ll send a recap of our discussion and your personalized action plan, along with any tools and resources we discussed.

We have a site visit coming up, what questions should I ask the venue or A/V during our visit?

Each call is $200 per 60 minute session.
